General information The nearby Bank Station has step free access from the Dockland Light Railway. Entrance in Bartholomew Lane 4 steps up, 3 steps up, then 3 steps up and down to exhibits. All can be bypassed by portable ramps, available on request. If you ring first, you won't have to wait until someone can come and put the ramps down. Accessible Toilet at the rear of the museum. The cinema, used by groups, has chair spaces and an induction loop.
