Accessibility is very good, especially if you are a wheelchair user - the area for disabled concert-goers has a good view of the stage; the downside of it is that you're right behind the main floor of the venue and end up being stared at by other members of the audience.

Worth noting that the steep ramp up to the wheelchair platform has now been replaced by a customer-operated lift.

Staff were helpful and attentive - but almost too much. During our total of three and a half hours in the venue, I was asked six or seven times if I was "okay", when it was quite obvious that I was completely fine. It felt like 'special treatment' too far, when I just wanted to watch a gig.

If you're getting a cab after the show, it's very easy, since vehicles can pull right in to the driveway outside the venue.
