Yet again concessionary prices a disgrace . Often prevented visit by not enough parking [ 2 spaces ] never increased since took yellow line parking away , huge forecourt . The Reception doesn't address issues telling you to do it .The access person not there at weekends nor has decency to contact you, likewise every Manager. The ramp from restaurant is too steep for scooter & lift very small an average size scooter could have a problem . The restaurant is very expensive but delicious , doesn't serve full meals calling yorkshire pudding a garnish ??!!
