Obtaining tickets and accessibility was straightforward. Staff were very helpful.
Only complaint was that during the concert, the viewing platform became full of people who didn't really need the amenity. The result was that many people who were unable to stand for whatever reason were unable to see. Apart from this, it can be intimidating for some to be suddenly surrounded by people a lot higher up than you.
The platform should be organised so that those who have booked to specifically be there are the only ones permitted. Companions should ideally sit behind the disabled person (since they are not paying for their ticket) as other disabled people may not be able to see the event.
Perhaps, a pass should be issued to the disabled person so access is guaranteed only for them and their carer. These could be dropped off at the entrance after the event.
