Open House: Participating Venues

If you are a venue participating in Open House, it is easy to provide us with information related to your site's accessibility. We will then publish this data in the run-up to the Open House weekend, making it visible to tens of thousands of users per month.

Providing Access Information

Many venues have already provided their accessibility data for previous years' Open House events. The first step is to verify whether your venue appears on our system. To do so, browse our full index of Open House access profiles, or perform a Venue Search based on your name or location.

• If you have an existing venue profile:
  Please check that the information it contains is accurate and complete.
  • If it is, confirm the data with us via the one-click venue confirmation.
  • If not, and you'd like to amend or revise your profile, contact us and we will provide you with a username and password with which you can alter your information.
• If you do not have a profile:
  Sign up for an Open House venue profile using our registration form, and you can then fill out a new venue access questionnaire.

In both cases, please note that your venue profile will be reviewed by our access officers prior to being published on the Artsline website.
