News: Free Audition Technique Masterclass for aspiring actors with physical and sensory impairments.

As part of the LSC funded project Scene Change, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in collaboration with Graeae Theatre Company are running an intensive four day Audition Technique Masterclass for young people aged 17+ with physical and sensory impairments.
The four days aim to give students the skills needed to successfully audition for drama school in the future.
Each participant will leave with a rehearsed and directed Shakespeare and modern speech which can be used for drama school auditions.
On the morning of the fourth day (Thursday 23rd July) students will perform their work in front of a panel of industry professionals for feedback and advice. One student will be awarded a fully funded place (travel & accommodation included) on the Mountview Acting Summer School which runs from
10th – 21st August 2009.
 
Dates:
Monday 20th July 10 – 5pm
Tuesday 21st July 10 – 5pm
Wednesday 22nd July 10 -5pm
Thursday 23rd July 10 – 1pm   (Panel auditions)
Students MUST attend all days.
