|Title||David Hockney - Out Of Hours Access For Disabled Visitors|
|Type of event||Exhibition|
|Dates||19 March 2017|
|Description||Join this special event for visitors with disabilities, their carers or family members
Join us for a fully accessible private view of the David Hockney exhibition for deaf, blind, partially sighted and disabled audiences as well as their carers, family members and friends. This evening also allows ease of access for mobility-impaired visitors who would find it difficult to visit during opening hours. Guide dogs welcome.
This exhibition celebrates David Hockney’s achievements in painting, drawing, print, photography and video across six decades. Running through all types of periods of Hockney’s work is a principal obsession with the challenge of representation: how do we see the world, and how can that world of time and space be captured in two dimensions?
