| Description | 6.30pm Rachel Garfield in conversation with Naomi Siderfin 8pm Ian Saville performs Socialist Magic Beaconsfield hosts the Bankside Afterparty until late. Rachel Garfield discusses The Struggle with Beaconsfield Director, Naomi Siderfin: a new trilogy of essay films - in development – observing the impact of politicised familial interactions on the formation of subjectivity in the individual. This public talk will be followed by a live performance of Socialist Magic by Ian Saville who features in the first part of the trilogy – The Straggle – which focuses on adults whose parents were left wing activists. Galleries open until 9pm for an evening viewing as part of South London Art Map LAST Fridays: the late night opening of all galleries in South London on the last Friday of every month. http://www.southlondonartmap.com |
